I am looking for someone to sub-rent my apartment again while I am unable to return to China due to covid restrictions.

Price
- CNY 3,250 base rent (50% of my actual rent)
- 100% of management fee (around 500-550)
- 100% of utilities (electric, water, gas, internet)
Apartment Details
It is a 3 bedroom apartment, but all my stuff is stored in the master bedroom (not shown in the photos), so you will not have access to that room. You will have unrestricted and exclusive access to the rest of the apartment, including:
- Large luxury balcony with table and chairs
- Large combined living room / dining room area
- Office room with big desk and nice view
- Guest bedroom with large attached bathroom
- Kitchen
- Small kitchen balcony (not shown in photos)
The apartment is fully furnished with a combination of my own furniture and the landlord’s. Everything you need is there.
Terms and Conditions
- Lease term 6-12 months preferred
- If I can come back to China during the lease term, I will give you at least 30 days notice. You will have the option to either move out or share the apartment with me for the remainder of the term (rent price can be re-negotiated in this case).
- I will not rent to any random person. I’m looking for someone responsible who will take good care of the apartment and not cause any trouble for me.
- Deposit 1 month of rent
